Community-based programming provides participants with a broad range of supports to engage in lifelong learning by trying new things, building new skills, developing new relationships, and finding new ways to move from just being in the community to being a valued part of the community.
At Adult Enrichment, participants have the opportunity to engage in both volunteer and recreational activities, in addition to increasing skills in the areas of independence and socialization.

Adult Enrichment staff members work with each participant to determine his/her interests and goals, and help establish community outings unique to the participant. Adult Enrichment staff also provides transportation from the program facility to the community activities and assists participants during these outings.
